Season Group signs MoU with Outsource Electronics Limited

Global EMS provider Season Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with UK-based Outsource Electronics Limited.
The agreement will see the two companies collaborate on a number of projects and services, ensuring maximum flexibility and cost benefits for OEM customers.
Commenting on the MoU Carl Hung, Vice President for Season Group, said, "Through our partnership with Outsource Electronics we are now able to offer a significantly-enhanced global service to our UK customers. Customers can gain significant benefits by utilising our vertically integrated, high-capability facilities in Asia and North America. Meanwhile, our international customers can also take advantage of local UK manufacture and after market services previously unavailable to them.
"There are many reasons why Outsource Electronics is the best option for us. Most importantly, their management team has the same 'open' approach to business that Season believes customers prefer. However, the commonality of SMT equipment, ERP system, strong turnkey material capability and the scale to manage large, complex projects were also key factors in our decision to work closely with Outsource Electronics."
Chris Coldbreath, Managing Director of Outsource Electronics, added, "We believe that this relationship with Season will be of benefit to a number of our current customers, as well as attracting new business from clients that require both the services delivered by Outsource Electronics and those of Season. Season Group signs MoU with Logatec GmbH Logistik Technologie

Global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, Season Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Germany-based Logatec GmbH Logistik Technologie (April 4th).
The agreement will see the two companies collaborate on a number of projects and services, ensuring maximum flexibility and cost benefits for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers.
The announcement comes shortly after the appointment of a new Business Development Director for Europe by Season Group.
Commenting on the MoU Carl Hung, Vice President of Season Group said: "The appointment of Steve Wilks as our new Business Development Director for Europe was our first step in creating a European presence. The MoU with Logatec places us on a strong footing from which to expand our presence and we are very proud to be able to offer our customers a truly global design, manufacturing, after-market and supply chain solution.
"We will now be actively approaching European customers and can further support our North American and Asian customers as they grow into Europe with final assembly and After Market Services out of Kölleda, Germany."

Season Group appoints new European Business Development Director as company expands

Global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, Season Group, has appointed Steve Wilks as Business Development Director for Europe.
Mr Wilks will lead the Group's new business development in Europe and will be responsible for setting up partnerships with other EMS providers in the UK and Germany. He will also be setting up a representative network across Europe.
Based in Ross-on-Wye, Mr Wilks will utilise his more than 15-year track record in the EMS industry to ensure customers benefit from Season's complete customised manufacturing and engineering services.
Mr Wilks has extensive knowledge of dealing within markets across America, Europe, Japan and China and has worked for a number of major companies including TES Electronic Solutions, Celestica, ICL and Axiom Manufacturing Services.
