[Havant, United Kingdom, September 9, 2026] Season Group, a global electronics design and manufacturing partner, will exhibit at Engineering Design Show (EDS) 2026, showcasing why manufacturing considerations need to enter product development earlier as companies work to bring complex electronic products into production. Season Group will discuss how earlier collaboration between engineering and manufacturing teams can address Design for Manufacturability (DFM), New Product Introduction (NPI), production planning and supply chain considerations as design decisions are being evaluated and refined.
As electronic products become more complex and development cycles become increasingly demanding, manufacturing considerations can have significant consequences long before a product reaches production. Decisions around components, testing, production processes and supply chain can become difficult or costly to change once a design is established. Earlier manufacturing involvement gives engineering teams greater opportunity to identify constraints and establish a production approach that can support the product as it evolves.
Season Group addresses this through an integrated design and manufacturing model that combines local engineering support with coordinated production capabilities across its global network. Customers can involve manufacturing earlier in product development while retaining access to the company’s broader manufacturing capabilities as production volumes, locations or requirements change.

Season Group’s Havant facility provides UK-based customers with local engineering support and low-to-medium volume production capabilities, giving development teams the opportunity to engage directly with manufacturing during the early stages of a product’s development. As production requirements evolve, the facility also provides access to Season Group’s wider manufacturing network in Mexico, Malaysia and China.

Season Group will exhibit at Stand H55 during Engineering Design Show 2026, taking place 7–8 October 2026 at Coventry Building Society Arena, UK.
