Every individual within the company, regardless of their role or function, is very willing to collaborate with one another to overcome the current challenges in global business and supply-chain. There is a common goal to get the work done, and done well.

“I hope that my joining of the Season Group can bring in new insights and angles for the team to accomplish more and drive for success.”

“Moreover, as many people know, I am a firm believer of Jim Collin’s concept of ‘First Who, Then What’. We care primarily about the person and whether they fit into our culture. And I can tell you, Harry is our ideal team player: hungry, humble, smart. He has set a very high standard for all of us to follow, and will definitely help us scale and develop our organizational health.”
