Minimum 5 years of Electronic Manufacturing Services experience required
- Establish annual sales forecasts, objectives and corresponding action plans by region and territory that will meet company plan and marketing objectives.
- Hunting for new sales opportunities
- Responsible for recruiting, training and managing independent sales representatives through Asia
- Initiates, develops and implements effective sales training and sales incentive programs.
- Maintains and distributes updated new business opportunities and forecasts by territory, region and nation.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
- Proven effective influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal, written & presentation skills
- Self starter; self motivated
- Must have strategic approach to sales
- Must be able to travel frequently
