Sales Director

Minimum 5 years of Electronic Manufacturing Services experience required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish annual sales forecasts, objectives and corresponding action plans by region and territory that will meet company plan and marketing objectives.
  • Hunting for new sales opportunities
  • Responsible for recruiting, training and managing independent sales representatives through Asia
  • Initiates, develops and implements effective sales training and sales incentive programs.
  • Maintains and distributes updated new business opportunities and forecasts by territory, region and nation.
