Volume Manufacturing

Season will provide the necessary resources to transition or transfer programs from prototype, pre-production to volume manufacturing. Transitions are typically managed formally using Project Management tools to maximize communication with both the customer and internal teams.

The detailed transition plan specifies deliverables, milestones and responsibilities for each step of the transition to volume manufacturing. The key objective of program transfers to volume manufacturing, is to maintain assurance of supply and quality levels during and after the transition so that it is a “seamless” process.
