NPI Engineering Manager - Electronics

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage team of mechanical, electrical and software engineers
• Support quotation process for wire harness, PCBAs, and box build assemblies
• Conduct feasibility review on new products
• Ensure development of test plan for new products
• Oversee prototype production
• Ensure customer buy off and product certification
• Transfer project from prototype to mass production level
• Support technical product issues during mass production

Requirements:

• University Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 10 + years of work experience; 4+ years of management experience
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Willing to be based in Dongguan, China
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred
